What to include
- Account help. The email address on your account, and what you were trying to do.
- A title correction. The title and what you think we got wrong — age guidance, a lesson, or a detail.
- A suggestion. A film or series you think belongs in the library, and why it stayed with your family.
Before you write
You can delete your account and its family and Journey information yourself from your account page. Our Privacy and Terms pages answer most questions about how the service works.
